I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason. This especially counts if it doesn't follow my guidelines.
Refunds are applicable depending on the stage of which the piece is in.
I retain all rights to my works. I will use pieces for self-promotion and portfolio. I am typically pretty lenient about this though, so if you have an issue with this I'm happy to work things out.
You may not use my works for commercial purposes. This goes double for NFTs, Blockchains, Etc. My commissions are meant ONLY for personal use (Icons, Character Galleries, etc.).
I will not accept a refund once the commission has passed 50% completion. This can vary depending on what I'm doing, but the general area of 50% is finished line art and the start of flat colors.
Payment is in USD after the first thumbnail sketch. I will check the sketch with you for approval, and once it's in a place you like, I will accept payment.
If you're interested in a commission, contact me either via Tumblr, [@shadow3142] or my Discord [@shadow3142]. We will discuss details and what you want there.
Please try to come with me with an idea of what you want and, if applicable, a reference of your character! I do not work off of verbal descriptions alone.
I'll send an initial thumbnail sketch (or few, depending on how much I am working with), where you may request changes where you see fit. Once the thumbnail is approved, I will send a full price Invoice through PayPal. Once payment is approved through you, I'll begin working. If you're unable to pay all at once and would rather do half and half, let me know and we can work something out!
I typically check in regularly to make sure you like how the piece is turning out. You can ask for minor changes as I go, but I will not change the subject of your commission once it is set in stone.
Once finished, I will email you a full-resolution PNG of your commission (if requested). Afterwards, I will likely upload it to social media.
I WORK VERY SLOWLY! I'm a full-time college student 8 months out of the year and often have very little time for other projects between classwork. Please be patient with me! That being said, however, you are completely free to ask for an update on progress at any time.
I can usually get things done within 3-4 months, but this isn't garunteed.
| Will Do | Won't Do |

| Animals | Extreme Gore |
| Humans | Heavy Drug or Alcohol use |
| Furry/Anthro | Heavy Fetish |

| Simple Machinery |
I only take a max of 3 commissions at a time! I do not make exceptions for this. If commissions are full, I can put you on a waitlist if requested.
I reserve the right to turn away a subject that makes me personally uncomfortable.
I will not, under no circumstances, draw anything that promotes bigotry, sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, transmisogyny, ace/arophobia, or anything else of the sort.
Pricing
Icons and Colored Sketches will not take up a commission slot. These will be open consistently and always available.
If you wish to purchase an illustration or painting, be aware that they are exempt from the two month deadline. The amount of detail I will put into these will cause them to take much longer to complete and can be stressful, so I will work at my own pace with those.
Charms
When buying a charm, you have two options: A still image OR physical package.
When buying a still image, you will only recieve a PNG of the drawn image.
When buying a physical package, not only will you receive the image, but you will also be mailed a physical acrylic charm as well.
The charm sent will be a 3" inch acrylic charm with front-side epoxy. Included will also be a small thank you card with a bonus doodle inside.
Please be aware I am going to need a name and adress to ship the package to! If you are not comfortable disclosing that to me, do not buy a physical charm!!
Orders outside of the US will likely cost more to cover international shipping.
Physical packages will likely take longer than two months to finish & ship!!!
